Our farm has been producing locally made Extra Virgin olive oil to leading restaurants and family homes throughout Australia.  Produced locally means you get a fresher product delivered to you with more of the nutrients that makes olive oil so healthy and tasty.

1. Our olive oil is produced locally and gets to you faster (compared to overseas brands) which helps to retain a lot of the important nutrients found in our olive oil.

2. We don't use pesticides or herbicides, we don't use preservatives or any other additive, no colouring or flavouring.  It's simply 100% Cold Pressed Olives creating Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

3. Our olive oil has a mild smooth flavour which helps to enrich the foods you will be serving

4. We use the Koroneiki olive which is a small olive but packs a flavoursome taste.

5. We Cold Press our olives which holds and retains much of the healthy benefits in our oil.

6. Our olive oil is processed within 24 hours of being picked.

7. Our olive oil has a very low acid content which helps to maintain a long shelf life.
